Currently I was thinking about buying some cheap ones- like between 4 - 100 million ISK. Invention makes up the majority of t2 production and the ROI on most t2 bpos is measured in decades vs invented blueprints. I previously wrote about How Tech 2 things get built… Nah it’s not that bad. Also, decryptors are always consumed 1 per-attempt, unlike datacores, which vary by blueprint. EVE Echoes – What are Blueprints (BP)? Invention is a whole different world of work when trying to make ISK from it, since you will be doing a lot of research to find out what attributes make a good T2 blueprint that players will buy. You can, however, acquire faction and T2 BPCs (copies). The industrial world in EVE is not well known to many players, but Tech 2 (T2) ships and materials are commonplace in New Eden due to indyfolk. T2 BPOs could only be created for a short time - CCP removed that rather quickly, but chose not to destroy the existing ones. The only advantage t2 bpos really have these days is that they hold their value rather well. Edit: I just saw some capital ship component BPOs like capital ship maintenance bay or hanger for about 1.5 bil. No new T2 BPOs can be created, you can only buy them from another player (usually for an absurd amount of ISK). At least, not yet. Then the +runs modifier will be applied to the result T2 BPC, depending on whatever the pre-decryptor result would be. Default invention BPCs are sometimes picked up, but they really don't bring in as much ISK as you would like, and sometimes keep you from making your money back. A quick rule is: modules/ammo/drones usually yield 10-run T2 BPCs, ships/rigs return 1-run T2 BPCs as “max runs”. In the long term I suppose I could invest in some more expensive ones. And not expect to be spoon-fed answers. First things first... you will have to learn to READ. A LOT. Second, if you are in the place where you have to ask yourself "how do I manufacture T2 stuff", it is best to answer you with "YOU SHOULDN'T TRY TO BUILD T2 STUFF". On top of that the copy speed of t2 bpos is abysmal to the point of not being worth it. Faction BPCs come from LP stores and/or exploration. Blueprints are items which will allow you to build various ships or rigs which can be used to upgrade your already existing ships. Hello and welcome to EVE from "the MMO that shall not be named". Best blueprints to invest in - posted in Eve Online: I was wondering what are the best blueprints to invest in? You will be able to collect them in various ways, and in order to manufacture a Blueprint, you will need to have all of the materials required for it (ores and generally various resources and ship parts).
