Enrolment in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and each applicant for membership in the Program consents to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with the Canadian Tire Privacy Charter, as amended from time to time. Please note that even if you have opted out of receiving marketing communications, we may still contact you for the purposes of administering your account and sending you transactional or operational emails.
We do not sell or rent personal information. Our Service Providers may be located in or outside of Canada and may be required to disclose your information under the laws of their jurisdiction.
